OK, so you're in prison for a crime you didn't commit.

You somehow manage to break out, and while you're out, you manage to prove beyond doubt you were innocent in the first place.

Would you have to go back to prison to do time for breaking out? Even though you were innocent in the first place....

i'd say it'd really just depend on the DPP

if it was a clean breakout with no damage done then you might get away with it. a lot of crime and punishment are up to judges/public prosecutors discretion
