Powerful urge to uzi my whole office to bits today.
Various colleagues' insignificant behavioural tics are filling me with white-hot, murderous rage.
Bring on the break.

Ok. I've also heard of 75% pay for four years with the fourth year a vacation.
Story is I intended to give in my notice in Monday but my boss is out sick so it will have to be next Monday, but the thought just crossed my mind that I could be persuaded to guarantee not leaving in 2018 with a significant raise and a month's sabbatical. But didn't know if everything, including the month, is negotiable.
It's a case of enduring the unsatisfaction. Thinking i may as well suggest it's on the table and see what they say.

that sounds like you're not committing long term. Just tell them you want the raise and a month off, dont mention leaving. If only negotiate after you give notice, then they'll probably be looking around for your replacement and they are just buying themselves time

so nobody was worried about the fact that within the space of a month, Dick Jones had a powerful desire to spray his office with bullets on 2 separate posts?
surely posts like this would send up red flags somewhere in the deep web?
