I expect Jorah to survive, why cure him of greyscale to have him die now? Although he doesn't seem to have any real purpose on the show any more so maybe.
i think maybe dani & jorah will end up together? i don't see the point of his cure either
Same here. If ever a character had an arc that was crying out for a redemptive death, its Jorah.
I don't think JRR Martin has a head for that sort of story telling though, he kills lads willy-nilly, so maybe the show writers decided to lead him and tell him he'd be missing a trick, so cured Jorah of a shite death to give him something a bit more fitting.
I can't decide if you're supposed to hate Sansa and Daenarys or if they're just poorly written but I definitely wouldn't mind the two of them being killed off.
Of the 7 beyond the wall I'd say Jon and the Hound will definitely be grand. Beric and Thoros I'd expect could be fucked, and I'd say Thormund is a goner too. I could see Jorah dying too, don't expect Gendry to be killed next week so soon after going missing for 3 and a half seasons.

Can't decide if Gendry coming back is because they forgot about him and just want to tie up the loose end by killing him or if he's got something more to do. Poor Thormund is a gonner though I think.
I definitely think we are supposed to think Sansa and Dany are in the wrong. I've hated Dany for years now, she's an absolute wagon. Her current obsession with everyone bending the knee is a sign they know she's a wagon though. And they've mirrored her behaviour with Cersei at times too.
She (Dany) fairly forgot that 'Don't punish the sins of the child for the sins of their father' shite when it came to the Tarlys anyway
She hasn't really done anything to exhibit being anything other than power mad for a long time so fuck Dany. I hope she gets killed in the end
I reckon Dany will lose her mind if she finds out Jon has a better claim to be the Targaryan throne than she does.
I reckon she'll lose her Dragons and then lose her mind.
she will lose one, and then lose her mind and burn / attempt to kings landing. Theyve mentioned it too much so far this season, how easy it would be for her to do it but she doesnt want to.
Personally I tihnk Tyrion will kill her to stop her. He's too conflicted, even before she burned the Tarlys, when walking through the battlefield he was dismayed at the outcome of using the dragons

She gave Dickon the chance to bend the knee and he refused. So wasnt for his father he got punished
Ach it wasn't really much of a choice though did she? She knew the fella was only doing it to stand by his father because in his eyes it was the right thing to do
Whopper episode, so good. What was the hound at throwing rocks tho.
Well pissed off that I had managed until up to this season without knowing the whole dany/Jon thing cos it's definitely being built up to be a huge reveal. Would be great to get that surprise with the show.
The more i think about it, the more i think Episode 5 was a bit of a fucking mess.
Why are any of them going beyond the wall, but most confusing is why has Gendry suddenly been plucked from obscurity and sent off too?
And the whole logistics and timeline of things seems to have gone out the fucking window.
The Dothraki turning up in Highgarden.
Davos getting from Dragonstone to Kings Landing and back again lickedy split.
John Snow getting from Dragonstone to Eastwatch.
And i'd love to know how long Jamie and Bronn can hold their breath for.
Funny time to decide that. The shows been mostly rubbish since season 5. At least it's been highly entertaining rubbish this year.
Episode 6
That raven flying all the way south and then Day flying all the way north while the lads were on the ice island ffs, how many days were they stood there?
Great episode, ridiculously over the top. Thormund and Jon Snow are invincible now. A lot of deus ex machina in the plotting too - Benjen, the amazing teleporting dragons.
Can't believe Jorah survived, damn it.

Ah sure you're way ahead of the curve Turtle.
We, the great unwashed, can only aspire.
