Been meaning to get into the oul home brewing myself.
Is that kit worth it or is there better models with tastier results?

Chouffe is a regular night cap amongst my friends. Never glad you had it the next morning.
Speaking of next morning my head is cracking today because of this beaut
Had a few of them last night and they are sensational.

Only go for it if I'm having 2 or 3, otherwise as you say it leads to disaster........in any case, once you are onto the fourth or more, it really doesn't matter what you are drinking so it is almost a waste pitching for the top notch stuff!

I had Chouffre for the first time last week in Amsterdam. They have it on tap in a fair few places. It's lovely.

It's one of my favourites too. Definitely the best quad. Better than Westy 12.
Has anyone had the Chimay with the brown/gold label? It's great stuff, 4.9% and light but plenty of Belgiam flavour. Great summer beer.

was over in Brussels at the weekend. didn't have anything new. was mainly drinking Duvel in fact. so easy to forget that its 8.5%. it creeps up on you a bit

I tried franciscan well's IPA and it was really nice. Pretty light. I'm not usually an IPA fan but this one isnt too hoppy. Would drink again

Was that on tap or bottle?
I'd be more inclined towards hoppy IPAs but it's not a bad summer drink.
