Am I right in thinking Bellator is to UFC what WCW was to WWF back in the day? Limp Bizkit to their Rage Against the Machine?

So looks like theres posturing going on again over the NYC card. ONly this time it isnt Conor. Alvarez wants stupid money apparently and wouldnt sign, so White told him the fight was off and he had to fight the no.1 contender Khabib

Yeah, I was told to try it or yoga for my core strength and flexibility so I went with the yoga but it just felt weird. Maybe we should start a pilates group for people who feel awkward
I have also been told to try pilates for my back but did nothing about it. I don't think I even own a pair of tracksuit bottoms or any kind of suitable clothing. I don't think turning up in jeans would be the right way to start.

I did a few yoga lessons with - - - - a few years ago....I liked it, but never really kept it up. Maybe I should get back into it, whenever I get up now from a sitting position, my ankles and knees are so stiff and I've to limp along for a bit. Also I've started getting white hairs.

Got a couple of tickets to UFC Belfast anyway. Only the cheap £45 ones so up the back but the arena is pretty small so should be handy enough I'd say

White said he's not relinquishing the featherweight title. They would have a marketing monster on their hands if he was a two weight champion, for all hte posturing they were never going to make him give it up (he should imo. Ridiculous that a champion has 3 fights outside of his weight class without defending). It diminishes the built
Yeah the main event will be around 2am I think. Any fights that have been on the East Coast are around that time. hte pubs here will fucking clean up

Deadly. How is Alvarez as an opponent then? I know he only won the belt recently, so is this his first defence?
After Diaz and Aldo [sic], will this fight present a whole new set of problems for Conor, or does he have the advantage.

He's an excellent fighter. He's been champion in all of his promotions so far in his career. and has beaten 3 former chants so far in his UFC careerDick Jones wrote:Deadly. How is Alvarez as an opponent then? I know he only won the belt recently, so is this his first defence?

He's been calling out McGregor for a while. He's not a good style matchup for McGregor in that he's an excellent wrestler. Hed be similar in style to Chad Mendes without the punching power Mendes has.
He has said he wouldnt even attempt to stand with McGregor and will just try and take him down for the whole fight so a lot will rest on if Conor can put him away early or we'll see how good Conor's ground game is
