I don't understand the appeal of crocs
the big plastic ones with holes around the feet
even if they're comfy they're ever so odd looking.

Ah those yokes, urgh. They look like they're meant to be waterproof, but then they go and put holes in them.
Might be a good material for a welly though.

Hrm, what's this "crocs material" you speak of?

its plastic basically. but apparantly it is hypo allergenic, anti-microbial etc
the sole also has these little bumps & nodules that are supposed to help your feet be less tired

the main good thing about the croc wellies is they are so light compared to regular wellies....way better for dancing about in

my sister wears crocs with her scrubs at work, coz they're dead comfy and easy to keep clean, despite being really ugly.. but I guess scrubs aren't all that fashionable anyway!

I'm considering a pair of ZIG Pulse's 'cause they're meant to be very good for both walking and running.

The red soled ones are a bit too in your face, as you can see here:

But i was thinking maybe the silver:

or

I wouldn't really care about them being flashy so much as wanting to avoid giving cuntish bouncers an excuse.

Thoughts?

(probably going to be slated horrendously)

Well for exercising they'd be fine but they're a bit ridiculous looking for wearing to a pub.

I'd want them to be general purpose, tbh i find white runners far more ridiculous, but point taken.

You're aware of them then? They're quite hard to find outside of the states it seems.

Afraid i'm only aware of them for laughing at them in Jersey Shore

Each to their own, but if you're looking for a pair of runners that are good for walking & running i'd say there's much more attractive options out there!
