I don't understand the appeal of crocs
the big plastic ones with holes around the feet
even if they're comfy they're ever so odd looking.

Ah those yokes, urgh. They look like they're meant to be waterproof, but then they go and put holes in them.
Might be a good material for a welly though.

my sister wears crocs with her scrubs at work, coz they're dead comfy and easy to keep clean, despite being really ugly.. but I guess scrubs aren't all that fashionable anyway!

Well for exercising they'd be fine but they're a bit ridiculous looking for wearing to a pub.

I'd want them to be general purpose, tbh i find white runners far more ridiculous, but point taken.
