The green shagpile carpet is also in the ceiling and the walls outside the room and the brick wall is actually a waterfall

His tv room, it has a mirrorred ceiling

The pool room. The walls are actually much redder than they look in that picture, I had to get the photos from the net

i wouldn't like that at all

too cold, too many corners.... i'd prefer somthing a bit cosier, a bit more homely.

kitchen with an aga and nice tiles etc.... old antique dressers and the like.

i'll see if i can find some pictures

Since I decided I'm going to buy my house I've been looking at ideas on how i'll decorate it (even though there's a good couple of years before I'll even be able to cough up the money for the deposit and other costs). My favourites so far are:

Tetris Wall - wouldn't this be brilliant in a bathroom?

What X-Mas decoration would be good to craft with a 6 year old boy and girl? Help! I want to help 2 children in my class make a craft that can be used as a X-Mas decoration-something for the tree or their home.

If they could knock out 100,000 of these I have contact in Taiwan that'll cut them in on a little of the action.

My new house is what i've always wanted. Giant kitchen that we have a sofa in, surround sound, and all the regular bits too. also has a 60 year old range cooker that we use to heat the room as well as cook on (obv not all the time cos it takes about 10 hours to cook in it). I love it.
Old style but with modern features. thats all ya need. homely and warm and cosy.
those "minamilist" houses always feel so cold!

plus, our new kitten completes the look!
