hi Guys Rosemary here!

Thank you for all your comment’s on my work!

Especially a big thank you to MOJO, it’s lovely to here someone describe my work so poetically and to understand where I’m coming from. I especially love the facebook generation comment and how we have become a generation of "big heads".

The uncomfortable juxtaposition between the character and the background was deliberate. I want the girls to feel like cardboard cut outs, like someone who doesn’t fit or belong in there own skin. I predict a lot of people feel lonely and isolated from time to time know matter how many people are around. I chose the backgrounds to illustrate the since of being alone in a large crowd. The deformed proportions are also deliberate, the big eyes are the windows of the soul and the large heads is literary big headed.

Because the characters are female, the same as myself I don’t expect men to understand as much as women. But I do feel without the main characters in the foreground there just well painted pictures and nothing more.

thanks rosemary!

no one understands me here

except that bot i had that chat with in the art thread one time
