my laptop is screwed and i have to get a new one

anyone got a toshiba? they are very good value at the mo but ive no idea what they are like.
i can get 640g hard drive with 8gb ram and pentium b950 processor for €530

any other opinions or suggestions?

i am sh*t at this stuff so any advice appreciated

its the best, the screen is so clear its like watching hd tv

and when it breaks 3 months after the warranty expires they will charge you 700 quid to fix it or tell you to f*ck off

It was a fault that Macbooks from that era had. Something to do with the graphics chip. If it broke within 3 years they fixed it for free, but after that yer on yer own

And it wasnt even used that much. A bit of band work, but it wasnt a regular day to day laptop

lifespan of any laptop is about 3 years. you'll be due an upgrade by then
