Also includes Munich, videos here: http://www.youtube.com/user/Phier no doubt some will be sh*t, i haven't gone through them yet, just did a batch upload.

Unfortunately no Berghain photos, it was risky taking some Watergate ones as it is.

good photos Niall.

We stayed about 5 minutes away from the Kaiser Wilhelm Gedachdontaskmetospellit Cathedral. One of the days we were walking past and there was an old man in his full army uniform with all of his badges on just standing there staring at it. It was quite sad.

Berlin is definately a place i'd return to, so much more to see and do.

That's the jewish memorial place right?

I'd seriously consider living there, at least for a year, but it would be risky for a supposed "career" in IT.

really? I didn't think it was sad at all - the opposite in fact. Obviously some of the museums and memorials were moving given the history, but i thought that in spite of that it was a really exciting city. I'd never been to Germany before and found the Berliners to be so welcoming and so proud of their city and heritage, but not dwelling on all that's happened there - rather, moving on because of it.

That's partially to do with the fact that Berliners are the most Un-German of all the Germans.
