I'm firmly aboard the Uruguay bandwagon.

Good chance too, be brilliant if they beat Brazil in the Maracana again to win it.

I couldnt cheer on Suarez. And not even because of Liverpool, the way he was celebrating after they beat Ghana after he'd been sent off!

Wouldnt mind Argentina winning it. Cause Messi is the best player ive ever seen in my life time but will never get proper recognition by the "pundits" unless he wins a WC too

Edit: They wont tho!

I think if I were to tell my children the best player I've ever seen, I'd always go for Zidane. Gosh he was great

Its mad how the next generation will just think we're talkin shit about all these great players from back in our day, the way when we were young our parents went on about Eusebio, Pele and Best and the lads

I usually go for the Germans and pick up a few underdogs along the way. I just can't stay neutral watching matches. Japan, Belgium, Chile, Ecuador and South Korea are all teams I've got behind previously.

I was thinking Uruguay would win it, then I saw that no Copa America champion has ever won the next world cup. Now I think it'll be Argentina. Brazil will get knocked out by Spain in the second round. One of them isnt gonna win their group

I seriously think it'll be Uruguay and England making it out of that group, and Italy crashing out at the first stage.

of all the cunty things he's done, I'd never begrudge him for this one. He was just win at all costs. And he gave his team a sliver of hope which resulted in their win.

It was pretty heroic cheating

i probably don't hate as many teams as i usually do this year
think i'll be cheering the germans, but an underdog upset would be welcome

Would be a shame not to have him play against Gerrard, Sturridge et al.

Lovely goal.

Who's the fucking Dallas player though who walks back, but still feels the need to lie down and give up, with the clock at only 23 mins, and they only just gone behind 1-0. That sort of body language boils my piss.
