My mom uses cottage cheese instead of making a white sauce for lasagna, and it's actually very nice!

Yeah, cottage cheese in cooking is grand, sure it's like an ugly cousin of ricotta.

Out of the tub though, bleugh, the texture is too weird.

I see versions with pineapple in it, that sounds totally vile.

im getting some chef in newry to make my lunchs now, 26.50 a week for healthy lunches, no mor ejunk food and no need to prep the night before, how awesome is that?!

I work with a guy who lives there and he was already getting them so he just picks up an extra one for me now. Twice a week he collects them so no need to freeze them. Glorious

all i know is healthy dinners so far. ive seen my colleagues meals and they all looked edible so thats a good start. shall report back

Someone stole my lunch from a fridge at work so i checked the cctv to catch the bastard. Caught another chap drinking the communal milk straight from the carton and putting it back. dirty bastards
