Do people use myfitnesspal? I don't use it to diet per se but it's great for keeping track of calories / generally getting a feel for which foods/meals are high calorie.
its the rigidness I like about it
eat exactly what what is on the paper, no more, no less
there are substitutions for certain foods, e.g. yoghurt instead of cottage cheese as you mentioned but I thought I would take the purist approach
