It's own fault, was reading lots of articles about food.

I can't use the cafe where I work, it's indigestion roulette, they have a way of making soup that just annihilates my stomach. I'm always amazed at how people can mess up soup.

Had my 1st Boojum today. definitely the best Burrito I've had in Dublin. B&Blues is shite. Pablo Picantes was decent and Little Ass was the best I'd had before, but not as good as most I had in Canada.

Boojum was outstanding though. Got Beef & Chorizo. Chorizo was incredible. got both beans & veg. Sweetcorn and medium salsa, and cheese & sour cream. No guac as by the end the thing was too full already that when they tried close it, it burst.

Was stunned after it being so packed that when I ate it, it never actually spilled or leaked. Hardly needed a napkin

God I miss Boojum since work moved out of town! Used to eat about 3 a week. Chicken or Carnetas were my picks.

Its a diet that was around years ago under various names and 'the military diet' seems to be its latest incarnation

i like the simplicity and regimented nature of it. And the fact its 3 days.

I'll let you guys know how ridiculously skinny i am after it

the ice cream is the best part. The peanut butter toast is a close second

I don't really get the idea of sticking rigidly to a diet like that. Liberte yogurt has pretty similar macros to cottage cheese and it doesn't taste like feet. Just eat that!

Do people use myfitnesspal? I don't use it to diet per se but it's great for keeping track of calories / generally getting a feel for which foods/meals are high calorie.

I was using it for a while. One of my PT mates swears by it. it is handy for calories. Just tough judging serving sizes to get it accurate.

its the rigidness I like about it

eat exactly what what is on the paper, no more, no less

there are substitutions for certain foods, e.g. yoghurt instead of cottage cheese as you mentioned but I thought I would take the purist approach

I use it on occasion to reign me in when I'm eating a load of crap. It scares you how much sugar you can eat, for example.

It can be pretty scary.

But getting portion sizes right was the one thing I learned from it.
