Fucking politicians in this country are a joke
Massive round of Brexit negotiations coming up and the clowns trying to force a general election, only weakening our position at the table

If they call us to the polls for an election over a fucking email, i'll be punishing some party or other for it;
Either FG for not giving her the bullet if she has to go, or the party who brings us to that point, if it wasn't entirely necessary.
Only been keeping half an eye on it, so i don't know yet how big a deal it is that she had the email and did nothing/said nothing.

Kate Hoey on @BBCr4today ‘the ROI will have to pay for the border’
They're gonna build a great border, a beautiful border and they're gonna get Ireland to pay for it. Mark my words.enemies/friends wrote: ↑Mon Nov 27, 2017 11:32 amHere lads, pay for the new border will ye

This is great. Some right-wing freaks called Project Veritas tried to plant a story in the Washington Post, that would damage the newspaper itself if they had run it.
Lying fake news MSM etc.
BUT the plant got caught out by the reporters in the most comical way, and confronted.

DUP campaign for Brexit (including being mysteriously funded by Saudi Arabia or somewhere to take out an advert in a newspaper not even circulated in NI).
Northern Ireland votes to stay in EU but obviously has to leave as UK wide vote.
DUP, as the largest party in NI says we have to go with the "will of the people" and leave EU.
Issues with Good Friday Agreement appear.
British govt suggests deal that allows devolution of powers to NI that would mean it could keep laws on customs etc closely aligned to RoI, effectively moving the border to the Irish sea rather than on the island.
DUP freaks out

They really are so stupid, literally anyone could have seen this was the most likely outcome

DUP will go nuts if they get treated differently to the rest of the UK. Gonna be fun times. Wonder what David Cameron thinks of it all.enemies/friends wrote: ↑Mon Dec 04, 2017 1:38 pmHi guys. Looking forward to staying in the EU with you all
