Brilliant show, so meticulously plotted. If you can get past the rather one note voice acting it's well worth a watch.

Don't bother with the films, they're as representative of the show as the Mario Bros film was of those games.

Have seen first three episodes and I've really enjoyed them. I was worried that the portrayal of mental illness would be hackneyed but it's quite original and well put together. Lots of attention to detail, great soundtrack, effects. Impressive stuff so far, hope it keeps it up.
I was worried it'd be X men lite or something, but it's been brilliant. You'd recognise Noah Hawleys style from Fargo immediately.

I think its great. I watched the pilot around the time I watched Arrival and I thought it was a much more ambitious and well crafted.

No.

Its pretty trippy. I was a bit lost in the first ep too but thats pretty much what they were going for. I havent seen this weeks yet but I hope they get a move on now. Any more of the same stuff in eps 2 and 3 and it'll be getting repetitive

while i'm here i might as well have a quick whinge about TWD. it's gone to shite now.

so many new characters introduced, none of them anything to shout about.

they somehow managed to screw up negan too.

don't get me started on jesus.

as for rick's gang, i would happily see some of them eaten. never really felt that way before. morgan is such a useless one note character and how the hell is gabriel still even alive. i'll keep with it, but I've started to lose hope that it is going to turn around.

TWD - this coming war better start soon and be the last few episodes of this season. if it leaves us on a cliffhanger at the start of the war and drags on until next season *le sigh*

both the comic and tv have major issues with pacing and sticking to one area for far too long (see hershels farm, the prison, terminus(well the lead up, they spent, what, one episode there and then blew it all up), alexanderia) leading the viewers to be sick of an area well before they move on.
