Westworld

I think I'm going to have to stop read fan theories if they're all coming true. The reveals are sort of 'Oh right. Yeah. Whatever' when anything is confirmed when you're watching it as a result.

Plus I think I'm with Eucrid on the Jimmi Simpson casting.
Not in a million years would they even pass for being related let alone being the same person. Plus Jimmi Simpson is 40? Bloody hell

Yep I've been avoiding them apart from on here too. You hear 10 theories, you'd only thought of 2 yourself and then 1 is true and you are like "oh yeah right". Rips all the surprise from the show. And its a twisty show.

Yeah totally - re Game of Thrones
I always avoid all gossip and recaps and speculation and everything, then happened to read the R+L=J business somewhere the very week that the finale was on. So when it happened I was more...oh right, cool.

I like reading the odd Easter Egg listicle though because I tend to watch TV while doing other things so I miss things. TOTALLY missed Yul Brenner the other day too because I looked down when painting my nails. I only found out he was there thanks to an article

Oh yeah I enjoyed the Yul Brynner spot, that was clever.

Binged season 3 over the last few nights. Some good moments this season, mostly from the supporting characters. In particular the road trip episode with the two in-law fellas.

Watching a season 1 episode of Modern Family. Its mad how young they all look. It was only 7 years ago!

i never intend on giving up on it but this season is easily the worst, opening episode aside. a tara and heath episode now for the love of god.

i get that they are just introducing the different communities but do they all have to be so fucking shite.

totally agree. waste of an episode. i know i've stood up for the show before but fucking nothing has happened this season so far bar that first episode. whole bunch of blah so far. give me the gore and violence that i want.
Westworld
lack of boobs is made up for by having a lot of story in it.

Excellent episode. Really kicked it up a notch the last few eps. After a slow starts its become as good, and better, than I was hoping for

I don't actually think each of the stories is bad but making them all stand alone episodes is bollox. If they mixed in that Tara story with say Daryl in the Saviors camp story both of those things would have been much more enjoyable. Sticking with one for the whole thing makes it a bit of a slog. Its also really annoying waiting 3-4 episodes for a bit of progress. Really bad call IMO. Time to sack the showrunner again and go for a bit of a change up in the way its presented.

pretty boring episode. very badly written & terrible dialogue

probably going to sound shallow but they really shouldn't have tara talking about only eating 2 packets of soy sauce but obviously looking like she has put a lot of weight on
i know, i know, she's just had a baby but don't give her that dialogue then!
also her boobs are massive and she looked so awkward running with them
