Hi folks,

I'm new here! I looked in the archives and couldn't find an answer, so I was hoping you guys could help me. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy additional wristbands to the boutique area? Just so you can access it, not sleep there. My parents are renting a yurt and we'd like to be able to visit them there.

Hey daragh, no you can't buy access to the boutique area. Your folks will be given a wristband on check in and it'll be checked on re-entry.

Daragh as official event security spokesman, if anyone is found trying to gain access to areas they shouldn't, they will be removed from the site completely.

Thank you.

OK, thanks guys. Strange that you can't buy access even, I would have that half of the appeal of renting a yurt is hanging out with your other (poorer) friends and family.

Oh well, looks like it's the portaloos for me.

I reckon we should all charge the fence around the boutique and vip areas

Remove these physical barriers of eliteism and the bourgeoisie element that electric picnic has always shamefully encouraged

be like the berlin wall coming down
