The beach stage is a great addition alright. Looking forward to seeing Bradford Cox play whatever weird solo improv nonsense he gets up to at that stage. Titus Andronicus are going to be unreal as well.
You and your friends sound like mighty craic .

From freedom to fear in 24hrs. Overall enjoyed it but going back is lineup dependent, so it's not in the "special" category but these things are largely what you make of them and I only got the balance right yesterday, at which point i was too tired to make the most of it.
Also, it's too expensive, and my feet hurt.

Loved floating points, lovely show.
LCD was grand, sound was fine from where we were. Missed Boredoms, trying to deal with it.had to meet mates to give them tickets. plus I overdid it on Fri night. It's a great festival, things have run really smoothy both in Barcelona and the festival, aside from wasting time searching for one of group who a little confused from over doing weed. All good in general, will likely book early ticket for next one.

Best festival toilets I've seen, what with the infrastructure possible when you're not in a field.

Loving Poble Sec also, charming area, was good to have a brew bar near for some nice beers before entering Heineken zone

Oh that reminds me, BierCab had the biggest selection of fancy stuff (Westvleteren, Pliny, Sam Adam's Utopia etc) ive seen.

The Bradford Cox set today was legit the best thing I've seen in years. Basically a free Deerhunter gig.

Best festival I've ever been to.

Saw them with people who hung back and seemed disinterested. Hate that at festivals.

Heard that was incredible alright.

Fuck, that was honestly the best thing I've ever been to. Terrifyingly good all round.

Radiohead, Pusha T and Vince Staples the highlights for me. Didnt think much of LCD. Avalanches were good but not anything special either.
Venom were good craic, mad bunch of bastards.

Kiasmos set was probably my favourite. Crowds were shite though, way too many beard scratchers but everything else was perfect.

Went there for a few soft pints yesterday, unreal selection, stuck to the taps but barely knew what I was ordering. Went to the Brew Dog bar also, very near it.

Just had a spot of good fortune in Cork Airport, was carrying 4 cartons of duty free fags for my mother, dozily left bag in toilets. Someone handed them in thankfully. Thought they were as good as gone.
