How is it underrated, I'm sure it's an age thing but pretty much everybody I know likes it

That's true, it is very well regarded.

Even still, some of the individual episodes don't get enough praise in terms of writing, performance etc.

If we're talking Star Trek, I'd say DS9 might be underrated. Critics like it, but I know very few people who actually watched it.

i watched it back when it originally aired. never missed it.

which was a weird one because i wasn't really into star trek and never bothered with any of the other series.

I got out of DS9 around the time they all went to war. There were really long story arcs at that point right?

Voyager was poor enough at the start but very good toward the end. Or was it unmissable just for Seven of Nine's enormous robo-rack. Can't recall.

Have never heard any discussion good or bad about Enterprise. Not a single thing. Says it all really.

There's some amount of Star Trek out there. I've only seen the 2nd film and whichever one Kirk gets crushed by a bridge. And the reboot which should be in the overrated thread.

I stuck with Voyager to see if they ever made it back.

It was deadly near the end when the Borg were in it all the time.

I'd say paramount are itching to get in to that side of Star Trek again.

Since they've retconned the whole series though, I wonder will they ever try and do a Picard era reboot aswell?
