I know its early days but I'm starting to plan.

Has anyone gone by train from Dublin?

Any downside with wait times from Portlaoise or anything else?

Thank you :)

Cheers for that :) Ive taken the bus before but I need to get back to Dublin on the Sunday & the bus doesn't start til late evening. I'm just wondering how easy it is to get to the site from Portlaoise.

We're staying in a hotel in Portlaois for the weekend. We too are taking the train from Dublin. Do the shuttle buses to EP operate all night? If not whats the last bus back to Portlaois? I heard somewhere the shuttle bus cost 5 euro each way but how much is a taxi from EP to Portlaoise?
