what time do you hit the hay

humour me, I'm bored stiff today.

week-nights, for me, it's anywhere between 10 and 11. I'm old.

weekends, not much better, 12 if I've stayed in. generally 2 if I've been out.

Usually around 11:30/12 on a worknight, and up at 7:15.

i wake up much too early. 6.30 weekdays, about 7.30 on weekends.

i do like the morning time but i know it'd be much better for me if i could sleep in a bit longer. 9 or 10 would be ideal but it'll never ever happen.

Depends. Can be 10.30 or as late as 3.

The 3am nights would be mostly NHL on TV nights though. And I find myself falling asleep during them more and more

Edit: Get up about 7.30 every morning regardless, about 8 on weekends

I'm on the worst sleeping pattern since my college days. I'm regularly falling asleep around 4am. then roll out of bed at 8:30 and arrive late to work at 9:15

I need someone to fix my life, because I'm not fixing it myself

I go to bed around midnight on weekdays but don't have to get up until 8.30 - 9am.

All bets are off at the weekend. Depends how well behaved I am. Went to bed at about 9am last Saturday and got up at 10.30pm.

I go to bed around midnight usually.

I get up when I want, except on Wednesdays, when I'm rudely awakened by the dustman.

Parklife!

Actually, I'm often rudely awoken by beer deliveries. There are 2 pubs within spitting distance of my single-glazed bedroom window.

I would go to bed at 6pm if I could and sometimes I do and sleep the whole way through.

If I'm at home it's 11.30am. If it's at the man friend's it's usually 1 or so

I record the games and then give myself a media / NHL app blackout until I can watch them

i could go home and sleep straight away, I'm knackered most days.

that would be the beginning of the end, though.

cant allow myself to get into that habit.

I've been in the habit for years. The problem is, if I don't set an alarm, I'll sleep straight through.

Genuinely yes. The longest I've slept in one go was just under 21 hours and I wasn't even jet lagged. I've been to the Doctor to see if I have an undiagnosed sleep disorder but apparently I just sleep really, really fucking hard.

Can't do that. It's not the same as watching it "live"

My record for sleeping is about 6 days with only getting up to pee.

But I did have glandular fever and an abcess in my throat

I don't think so. I do get swollen glands more than the average person though?
