What about Theo?
What about him?
Aren't you a massive fan?
Surely Sterlings arrival would mean Theo being shown the door.
Not really. I just don't hate him.
I doubt it.

Ox turned down Chelsea. Wants to go to Liverpool but Liverpool don't want to pay as much as Chelsea. I could see him waiting and going to Pool on free next season.

Story doing the rounds now that Sanchez is trouble and unpopular in the dressing room, originating from club mouthpiece John Cross. Timing suggests Sanchez will move in the next couple of days.

Jesus things are really blowing up at Arsenal. Staggering mismanagement on and off the pitch.

What is going on at Chelsea? Can't land Lukaku, Chamberlain turned them down and now Llorente?

Also, does anyone else reckon that there is a hidden part of the tv deal that clubs have to loads of business on deadline day? It just doesnt make any sense why clubs would leave it late?

They're getting Mahrez apparently.

Lots of reports suggesting that we'll sell Sanchez for 50m +5m add ons if we can get Lemar for...90m. Jesus...

No idea. I assume / pray it's 75m + add ons.

We're trying to send Wilshere on loan to Birmingham for the last year of his contract. Rumour has it we can't comply with the PL wage rules and there's a fire sale to get players off the wage bill. What an absolute shit show.

I can understand some deals going to the wire but waiting for the last few days to sell Alexis is fucking crazy.

He forced the move apparently. Wouldn't turn up for training or anything for the last few weeks. Doesn't sound like a great attitude for a 17yo, he does look good tho.

Looking forward to a season of close ups of Sanchez any time Arsenal concede.

I've been convinced for a long time they make bids they think wont be accepted then don't push too hard on them just to appease fans. This just adds to that.

I saw other comments that he only wants to play in CL, and the rumours linking him with Liverpool were all being pushed from his camp. Liverpool never had any contact with Monaco about him apparently. So maybe he just turned you down

If Sanchez and Ozil leave in the summer, it's going to cost at least £150m in current market to replace them

Even by Arsenal standards it's difficult to comprehend how much we've ballsed up this last week or so. I genuinely thought the squad looked pretty decent before the season started, on the assumption that we'd add 1 or 2 before the deadline.

Having said all summer that there was no chance Sanchez would be sold, we buckled. We then either couldn't get a deal through for Lemar or, worse, he rejected us. So we're now left with a pissed off Sanchez who is far more likely to throw a strop and will 100% walk next summer, along with Ozil imo.

We remain completely incapable of selling off the players Wenger doesn't want and have just kicked the can down the road til next season with various pointless loans. In the case of Mustafi, we have a player who knows the manager doesn't want him and yet will be required to play plenty this season.

Wenger will come out and mouth some bollox about operating in a 'difficult environment' and how he'll tell us about it at some unspecified time in the future.

A change of ownership would be ideal but in the alternative I'd like to see a new manager in, flog Sanchez and Ozil for as much as possible in January, focus on the Europa League and try to rebuild next summer.

Its the management IMO. Ozil does for Arsenal what Ozil has always done. Last week against Stoke he got slated by a few pundits but if Welbeck had finish one of the half dozen great chances Ozil made for him then everyone would have been saying Ozil was a magician on the day. He's never going to get stuck in or do whatever else and it can be extremely frustrating but thats the player he is. The players in midfield and the forwards have never really suited Ozil, thats on Wenger. He just buys players and tries to fit them together rather than buying complementary players.

Felt like the tide is turning a bit on mon as far as fans and media go. Really was a brutal performance for 80 mins. 23% possession, and it's not like we're a counter attacking team (but for one cracking goal against Austria),. There was no need for him to get stroppy in the post match interview after that performance. But at could have stollen it despite how we played.

Can only guess that wes will start on Tue, or at least see a full half. I love Brady, but it's not fair on him to ask him to play there

Hoping the Georgians will stuff the Welsh
