theres a few versions online. but they usually involve burning a .iso image and mounting it then using it through scumm. never learned how to do that properly :(

you cant use SCUMM, you have to use the GRIME engine i think. I tried to do it a while back but i couldn't get it to work, it was all very complicated. I have the first three monkey islands though

down at the games fleadh in thurles at the minute, was just having a quick scoot around before it starts... theyre doing an xna development challenge jobbie where different university/college teams had to do a remake of asteroids for the 360. some pretty cool looking games so far.

Ninja Blade demo is on Live. meant to be a good game, but there looks to be a savage amount of QTE's

I could murder the silent hill 5 devs

What woeful design choices ffs

Right they get that survival horror shouldnt be an all out shoot em up - fine, job done lads
Okay so there isnt much ammo floating around the place, nice - makes it a little more tense yeah?

well f*ck why do you pit multiple enemies in rooms where i have no choice but to waste my shotgun ammo right before a tough as f*ck elephant boss eh?

If i could get passed them i would but i have zero health and ammo on my pistol, they force you to cut down a few planks but i cant until i dispatch the nasties as they tear shreds out of you as it takes 2-3 swipes to knock the planks

apparently the boss im stuck on takes 3 shots of a shotty

i have a quarter health and no shotty bullets - even if i go back to last save it will be near impossible to clear the rooms without dying, and if i go back to the save before that i will be over an hour behind, with a major boss fight to repeat

this all happened because of a fucking glitch too
introduce a new enemy that blocks your attacks, the first that blocks mind
then throw 3 of the fuckers at you at once - i used about 7 health packs before i knew what was going on

f*ck this, if i owned the disc id snap it

Right so, i'm about to horse into my first full season of the new Champ.

I don't want anyone to tell me what young starlets are worth buying in the game that i haven't discovered yet, but ye can tell me this. I have signed 16 year old Johnjo Shelvey from Charlton Athletic on a pre contract once he's old enough.
Anyone want to tell me if he'll become good enough? Oh, i've taken Aston Villa as my team.

the only place i'd say you'd find it now is ebay

my version of grim fandago had some sort of bug in it.... crashed near the end no matter how many times i re-loaded and tried again...so i could never finish it

classic adventure game though

have you ever played the simon the sorcerer games? the runaway games arent bad either... oh the longest journey is class too
