Depends what way you sleep. They have little logos on the pillows for each way, its pretty cool. So skinny pillows if you sleep on your front, big ones for on your back, etc.

haha its not actual railway sleepers sorry

its is wood though. i dunno what type.. light in colour. its nice, i like it now.. even with the odd ding and scrape.. adds to it i think
