Calamity Jane. She's a pain in it alright at times. i went through phases of liking her, and disliking her, and then liking her though.
But i'm with you on olyphant. Find him fairly weak and one geared in most stuff i've seen him in.
He's a limby string of piss, with a walk thats all hips and wrists. I'd say he was King Catwalk in a former career.

haha, well i cant judge from 4 episodes, but so far he's pretty terrible. What is that walk about like? His little jewish mate is great though.

I too watch Peep Show once a year. It's just amazing. Probably due a re-watch soon

With new Canadian roommates, it's my mission to get em to watch peep show and Father Ted. And In Bruges and Intermission.

Good news is they love Parks and Rec. might have been part of the reason I got the room. Made a point of selling my love for P&R when I saw they had a Leslie Knope book

No more drugs. I don't need drugs. I mean, what great music was ever made on drugs? Bowie, obviously. The Floyd, The Prodge, Aphex, the list is endless really. But they could have done it twice as fast with half the mess if they'd just...

I love how Marks always trying to convince himself he's winning.

Do me? Are they going to rape me or kill me? I hope they kill me then rape me...I kinda win...

Yes, this me-not-loving-her business will sort of put me in a position of power in our marriage. Yes. I win.

I win because they all think I pissed myself, when they have no idea I came all in my pants!

How far into it are you? I watched the first season and most of the second I think but got fed up with it.

I just finished season 2.

The Newsoom - Episode 7

It wasn't really as bad as I was expecting but it wasn't as exciting as it seemed to think it was. It was more of that 'America - f*ck YEAH' bollocks to be fair.

I've been doing more Game of Thrones work this week too. Lads, the sets. The attention to detail. It's going to be absolutely brilliant.

Yeah that was a big problem with it...

You'd think maybe Sorkin might have dealt with the sickening reaction of triumph when a man had been executed without trial. It kind of flew in the face of that opening monologue about how America could be great again. Surely one of the very best things about America and democracy is due process. Instead we got the most cloying, manipulative bullshit I've seen on TV in a long time.

Finally gave Modern Family another chance after only lasting 30 seconds the first time.

Its good. The gays are a bit annoying sometimes but its good enough. Phil is the best character by far

Mitchell's not great. Cam is next best after Phil, or maybe after Luke

I think Cam is by far the worst character in the show, doesn't really fit in with the rest of the characters at all, almost as though they were only able to write one gay guy who isn't a horrible stereotype. Mitchell's fine, suffers by having to tie Cam to everyone else imo.
