Re: Robin
She was dismissed as the Ma in the first episode so I really don't know why they keep coming back to it. She also can't have kids so I don't know where the bluff could be there. I'd have preferred if the 'bride' Ted went to see was a man and the whole thing is that Barney's secretly gay, hence the over compensating. ANYTHING but fucking Robin. Again.

That'd at least be interesting.

As Eucrid said it's just going round and round again. The Veronica thing is just annoying.

Also, surely Ted has to be chastised for stealing a bride on the day of her wedding - we were made to feel that way when Stella (or whatever) did it to him. Who else is there left who it could be? Not Veronica, Stella, Britney Spears, the rich architect avenger (The Captains wife) so who the f*ck is their that's left???

I mean if they just introduce someone new to be the ma i'll feel short-changed. It has to be someone we've seen before. HAS TO BE.

Now i'm just spitballing here ...... BUT.......

What if Marshall dies & Ted re-married Lilly so as to give their kids a place to stay or something corny like that???? :o :o :o

If that turns out to be the case then expect to see this post edited and quoted the day it does and me proclaiming myself the winner 8-)

You mean their "Aunt Lily".

The best one I heard was Ted had killed all the others and their kids and is now talking to 2 corpses.

Forgot about that "Aunt" part.

That's brilliant :-D I'd be content for that over the same repeated schmaltz they keep going through.

I reckon it has to be someone we've already become (somewhat) familiar with.

Like, how many weddings has their been - maybe it was at Punchy's or something???

I will be disappointed if they just bring someone new in like a Kardashian to round it all up - if they can just tie it up then maybe (maybe) it'll make these last few seasons worth it. But I know they won't. Cos they're bastards. Money-making bastards.

I've never cared about that part of it (who the mother is). It's hard to care about storylines that pretend to be some mystery when it's pretty openly/obviously made up as they go along.

That being said, I was a Lost fan.

I miss lost.

Once they had already successfully broke out of prison I thought it was kind of grasping at straws.

I read up on it after. Michael died of a brain tumour or something after clearing all their names. had a kid with yer one as well.

At the end of heroes the hot cheerleader one announced on tv about her powers so the world knows about them

In fairness, looking back I do think Lost was a brilliant tv show.

Prison break and heroes etc were kind of trying to piggy back on a similar-ish format. But sure that happens all the time.
