Re: What's on your mind?

i told a woman in a pub to stop cheating a couple of years ago and she initially looked disappointed with herself for about 10 seconds and then she just looked angry that i had rumbled her and then she just continued to cheat anyway. that's what you're dealing with. we won that fucking quiz, though...

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

The most likely scenario

Seeded: Bosnia, Ukraine, Sweden, Denmark

Unseeded: Turkey, Ireland, Slovenia, Norway

Thats with games and rankings to change, its still much of a muchness and no easy game.

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

Poland deserved to qualify ahead of us, but the fact we were in with a fighting chance, was testament of how far we've come in this group. Hopefully our seeding goes up, but to be honest we need to beat whoever we play if we aren't going to make a show of ourselves at the euros anyways. I don't thin...

Re: TV Show Discussion Thread

Rick and Morty is just brilliant. Season finale was class and i loved the NiN - hurt inclusion.

Renewed for season 3 i saw. Don't think i've ever been so heavily invested in a cartoon before, hopefully its not too long.

Now to watch Homeland, hopefully it picks up where it left off.

Re: What's on your mind?

His mother went to wake him up for school and he was just didn't move. Awful for the family, they are saying its sudden death synd...

Haha yeah, raging!

Hindsight is a wonderful thing though, and it was only 20 quid in the difference from my total to have the insurance.

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

Bit the bullet and cashed out for 10.60, which means i can still win 53 on top of that.

Hopefully a wise decision either way, i hate bets involving Liverpool.

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

Have 4/5 bets of both teams to score come in.

Need Everton/Liverpool to both score to win it. Can cash out for 46 euro, but if i stay its 83..

Hmm what to do!

Brian Friel died, albeit at the ripe old age of 86.

His body of work is incredible and definitely shaped how i viewed Ireland through literature as a youngster.

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

I think last year west ham didn't have the squad depth to sustain the position they were at by christmas. Players looked knackered and they couldn't rotate fully. This year i'm really impressed with the depth they have built (albeit for the europa which they shat the bed on) but i think it will stan...
