Re: Congrats Burro & Mooch

I don't get the "whole" surprise thing. Sure its a surprise when you find out anyway. People are just weirdly backwards about it. We didn't find out, we preferred to find out on arrival. It kind of added to the exitement/build up for us.I can understand wanting to find out, but it wasn't for us. Oh...

Re: Football Season 2013-2014

He must be angling for a bigger contract. Still, it doesn't half make Touré sound like a big jessie. EDIT: Also, I've just seent this, apparently she works as a journalist for Man City: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BnnrhCFIUAAM5gb.jpg:large Nicola McCarthy ‏@mccarthy_mcfc May 14 Enjoying some of Yaya...

Re: The Nice Beer Thread

My second kit is in the fermenter at the moment so I'll bottle that next weekend probably. I'll do a few of these to get the basics down before moving up , probably to extract brewing.

Re: What's on your mind?

That and they won't get away with some of the stuff they can on youtube. Can you imagine RTE allowing a mini-series taking the piss out of travellers? Pavee Point would have a coniption. On the browser wars, I used to use chrome the whole time but I'm back to using Firefox more now. Chrome started a...

Re: What's on your mind?

We've been reading the books at the same time and are well ahead of the series so it can be a bit weird getting deja vu watching the show at times because when you're reading the books you're imainging the characters and places exactly like they are in the show.

We just started watching it as well a couple of weeks back. The first three season are on Sky On Demand if you have it. Halfway through season 3 now.

Re: Television thread

I really enjoy each episode of GoT but thats probably only to do with teh fact Im interested to see how they are gonna play out points from the book But I've decided to just treat them as separate entities these days and not get pissed off if they make major changes, coz they've said they're going ...

Re: What's on your mind?

It has nothing to do with Game of Thrones at all. It's just a couple of lads taking the piss out of traveller thrash talk videos. They might make the odd reference to game of thrones here and there but that's only in a pop culture sort of way.

Re: What's on your mind?

I assume there's going to be a link from the main page if there'a new forum. I don't see anything there yet.
