I thought Maisie Williams was supposed to be a complete bellend, no?
I thought she was a bellend at the time but with time, I remembered she was just a stage school kid and everyone is a bellend when you're a stage school kid. I'm sure she is/hope she is okay now

Is Lena Headey an absolute weapon IRL? I'd say she's a torment.
she looks dead sound, probably the most craic out of any of them
She's definitely the most craic.

Oona Chaplin was the only arsehole to be honest

Re: TV Show Discussion Thread

well i didn't exactly love mel & sue but i didn't hate them either very surprised at how well noel & sandi are going together. they're kind of well suited to this. it's bizarre Apparently Noel is a genuine fan of the show so I wouldn't have thought he was going to play up his Vince Noir schtick in ...

Re: GOT Thread

So that slightly random scene with Bronn and Podrick, where he puts his arm around him, and says, "lets you and me go have a pint"... is that purely so that Bronn and Cersei didn't have to share screen time, cos they fucking hate each other in real life and need to be kept apart at all times? Lola?...

Re: TV Show Discussion Thread

Great British Bake Off is back and it's as good as before. they successfully moved it to channel 4. they changed 3 of the 4 core people, included noel fielding & it has ad breaks but it works! hurrah! plus noel managed to say moist clutch on telly I'm in the minority but I'm just so, so glad to see...

Re: TV Show Discussion Thread

Did I already recommend The Crown here lads. Just finished s1 over the weekend. The kind of thing most people would probably instinctively steer clear of, a costume drama about young Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Churchill etc. Sounds pretty stuffy, but I cannot recommend it highly enough. Acting...

Re: TV Show Discussion Thread

reading her book out loud where she talks about putting pebbles in her sisters vagina I know she was a kid at the time but that's unnecessarily disturbing details exactly, it's unsettling enough to have done it as a kid, but to proudly include it in your memoirs .... she's not right that one She's ...

Re: GOT Thread

Enjoying seeing all these people who hated on Sansa suddenly jump on the bandwagon I knew there was more to her than people were giving her credit for. G'wan the Sansa :star: I will never get over the casting of Lyanna and Rhaegar (sp). She's supposed to be the Helen of Troy of Westeros (yet they ca...

Re: GOT Thread

Could Jon, having been dead, ride the zombie dragon? Jon, as with all the other Stark children, is a warg. He's not as strong as Bran, and we will find out more in the books because the show didnt cover it at all, but after he was killed in the book most people reckon he warged into Ghost. Many tim...

This from Arya made no sense to me. Sansa was clearly upset ... unless ... it's part of a trap to lure Littlefinger in?

Re: Episode 6 - I thought it was good but I wish we had more time with the men or a bit more fighting. It was a bit anti-climatic to get themselves marooned and have to call for help. Speaking of - Jon, as brave as he is, ALWAYS needs rescued somehow be it his uncle or Dany or his sister. For every ...

Re: GOT Thread

It's the weakest plot line this season, no question - even with the suicide mission for the sake of it - and makes almost no sense from any angle. Arya and Sansa should be sharp enough to see they're being played , but equally Littlefinger should be smart enough to know that this is a stupid plan t...

Re: GOT Thread

I think people are getting a bit too fussed about the distances being covered. Like the distance between Kingslanding and Dragon stone is nothing. Its not that far between KL and the wall that you couldn't get there handily in a few hours flying. Yup. The distance thing is irrelevant. We know the p...

She (Dany) fairly forgot that 'Don't punish the sins of the child for the sins of their father' shite when it came to the Tarlys anyway She gave Dickon the chance to bend the knee and he refused. So wasnt for his father he got punished Ach it wasn't really much of a choice though did she? She knew ...

Re: GOT Thread

I can't decide if you're supposed to hate Sansa and Daenarys or if they're just poorly written but I definitely wouldn't mind the two of them being killed off. Of the 7 beyond the wall I'd say Jon and the Hound will definitely be grand. Beric and Thoros I'd expect could be fucked, and I'd say Thorm...
