Re: What's on your mind?

Not too long between stages but if you want to be up front for Kendrick you'd want to be leaving Tyler 15 minutes before the end. There'll be enormous crowds going to him from Tyler, and a similarly enormous one forcing themselves to watch the Lumineers to get a good spot. I've made my peace with m...

Re: What's on your mind?

Is it? In all my years of gig going I've never made it to Marley Park so I've no idea how big it is.

Kind of want to be up near the front for Kendrick anyway so I'll have to judge it on the day.

Re: What's on your mind?

I like Stormzy's stuff alright. Not too hot on the rest of Saturday, bar RTJ of course.

Having Tyler on right before Kendrick but on a different stage on Friday is a pain in the hoop.

Re: What are you currently listening to?

I'm seeing him in Dublin on Thursday. He's playing in Cork tomorrow night but I'll be working at another gig. I've really warmed to the new album over the last while. No idea what kind of set he'll do though.

Re: What's on your mind?

Holy Shit. I've just seen the line up for End Of The Road Festival in England. Hoe come i haven't seen anyone mention it here? Think i might be going to my first festival since 2008. My housemate is working at it and I have friends who go every year. They absolutely love it and can't recommend it h...

Re: Primavera '16

The Bradford Cox set today was legit the best thing I've seen in years. Basically a free Deerhunter gig.

Best festival I've ever been to.

Re: Primavera '16

I'm getting over the muted crowds by standing with my friends and going nuts together. We were getting serious odd looks for that at LCD last night. The beach stage is a great addition alright. Looking forward to seeing Bradford Cox play whatever weird solo improv nonsense he gets up to at that sta...

Re: Primavera '16

Yeah, you're in a good spot SB. Trams haven't been too bad for me but I've been leaving late around four each night. Did you see Savages yesterday on the main stage? They were way too fucking loud but everything else on that stage has been pure quiet. Well weird. Standouts so far have been LCD, Dino...

I think it was €7.00 for a mojito down at the beach stage. Don't remember seeing any beer for sale there but I wasn't looking for it really.
