Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

think i asked this last time people were getting a little fed up. Who'd be the ideal targets as a replacement?

Poch who just signed a contract? Zidane? Conte?

Mourinho's actually favourite to be next PL manager gone checking Oddschecker. Not super short or anything, but 7/1.

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

I can see us making up ground cause we’ve probably improved. And City losing ground (because getting 100 points again isn’t easy). But I still think there’s too big a gap to make up Still see City getting 90+, but Liverpool breaking 80 points, fingers crossed As a f365 article went over, as a Liverp...

Re: TV Show Discussion Thread

Anyone watch The Sinner on Netflix? Jessica Biel is the main star. She murders a perfect stranger on a beach and they're trying to figure out what caused her to go mad. (That happens in 1st few mins and is in the byline of the show so didnt spoil anything). Kind of like a reverse whodunnit. Watched...

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

I honestly don’t think they would spoil the WC with that cause teams would treat it experimentally like the Confeds cup. Cause they wouldn’t consider the trophy to mean as much as the WC, EC or Copa America.

20bn sounds like a ludicrous amount of
Money to put towards that

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

With yous coming 2nd, I wouldn't for a second believe he'd go. Even had we won and 4th looked likely, I probably still wouldn't think so. But if he were to go, who would you want? Simeone's the only one off the top of my head, and even he's about defensive solidity (although that's probably partly d...

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

Just watched the sky news interview. Expected a quick 3 minute apology. Your one grilled him good and proper, for 13 minutes. Asking whether he deserved to keep his job or if he’d offered to resign. No pussyfooting about just because he’s in the same organisation

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

tough ask to keep his job after that. Hope he does because he's good at it. Not that that should make any difference to whether he should keep it. The big knacker.

Feel bad for the poor girl. Her dad almost sounded thrilled she got spat on, rather than actually concerned.
