I was incredibly looking forward to Gravity, and then the result was, technical achievements aside, a pile of steaming shite IMO

watched Lucy there this afternoon. Saw the trailer a while back and thought it looked interesting, and it delivered more or less. Typical big-budget pseudo-intellectual existential sci-fi nonsense along the same lines of Transcendence and the Matrix, but I fuckin love those kinda movies so it's all ...

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

Mental stat possibility that's definitely not going to happen, but if Villa beat Everton 4-0 on Saturday the league record between the two clubs will be:

Games Played: 201
Villa Wins: 74
Everton Wins: 74
Draws: 53
Villa Goals: 313
Everton Goals: 313

Few nervous moments when i thought we would concede one to Ireland in the second half. Then O'Shea goes and gets jammy right at the end. Wouldn't've happened if the ref was paying any attention whatsoever to his fowl on Muller earlier earlier in the game. Jesus, I'm as paddy-loathing as they come a...

Good man, Robbie Keaneg
I think the wiki stats are wrong on that, Keane was at 65 before the game, and is still at 65. He might have 68 now

Hard to know if the crash caused that, or if it was the extraction team who did it. Hopefully it was the latter, but the relative silence from the team and hospital definitely isn't good
