Re: Film Discussion Thread *NO SPOILERS*

Watched the Fey / Poehler film Sisters last night. God it was so bad. Looking at the upcoming Whiskey Tango Foxtrot and keeping in mind Admission & Kimmy Schmidt (which I thought was all over the place) Fey may be finally veering towards the overkill stage. Rehashing Sarah Palin and continually host...

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

Was just thinking - if NUFC sack Schteeve Mac today then the new manager's 1st match at home will be against Sunderland. Which makes a nice change from these last few years of them always having a new man in charge. But there really was no point in me posting this as Newcastle won't sack him and soc...

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

18 days until Newcastle play again - I think Ashley will have to sack McClaren if he wants to protect his investment. Point in case 4-0 down and takes off a Mid for another CB. No point going for damage limitation when it's already 4-0. Throw on a ST and have a crack - nothing to lose then. It's ok ...

Re: Film Discussion Thread *NO SPOILERS*

Same as LOTR or Star Trek fans really - just protecting their own.

I'm not expecting it to be anything than a cinematic version of the comics - which, for me, will be awesome enough.

Re: TV Show Discussion Thread

I loved this week's episode of IASIP. Genius to have it from Frank's perspective, it was like a Sunny version of the Smack My Bitch Up video. Anyone else here the line in the doctor's though as the camera pans away to the nurses boobs? You can heat the doc say "malignant tumour" Hope this isn't the ...

Re: The Footie Thread 2014/15

Sure you's won the FA cup back in 95 - that's only yesterday when it comes to Newcastle's last real trophy win.

Not that i'm discounting that Intertoto win, which was truly a remarkable feat.

Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-cNK9ysWDWuk/VmdLC3KfYKI/AAAAAAAAIHs/NVPUHdD05ww/s640/CoverDVD.png Great craic altogether. Watched The Hateful Eight & Goosebumps. Both were quality for different reasons. Hateful Eight isn't QT's best - but it's a good return to form. Really enjoyed the claustrophobia of it all - and come award season Jennifer Jason Leigh & Walton Goggins should pick up nominations. Going to rewatch it s...

Re: 2015 LISTS

It'll never get a mention on Top 5 lists but The Almost Impossible Gameshow was almighty craic!
phpBB [video]
Also I thought Difficult People starring Julie Klausner, Billy Eichner & James Urbaniak was great too.
